LAND USE AND ZONING COMMITTEE AGENDA MEETING MINUTES
January 19, 2011

Attendance: Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; John Crofts and Sean Kelly, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane Lahmeur and Sharonda Davis, Office of City Council
Upon instruction from the committee chair who was attending a joint LUZ/Rules/RCD committee meeting on 2010-856, Mr. Crofts called meeting to order at 3:35 p.m. and reviewed the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
2010-670: Mr. Reingold stated that he had a conversation with Wyman Duggan who indicated that he might submit a request for withdrawal of this item.
2010-856: action today will depend on the results of the joint committee meeting currently taking place in the Council Chamber.
2010-901: open and continue public hearing; the matter is scheduled to be taken up at the next meeting of the Downtown Design Review Board.
As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:38 p.m.
