MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, January 19,2011.  The meeting was called to order at 5:15 P.M. by Committee Chair John Crescimbeni.  The meeting adjourned at 6:26 P.M.

2.    2011-9   AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING, AND/OR DISCLAIMING, A PORTION OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR DRAINAGE LOCATED IN THE BAY COVE SUBDIVISION, IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 6, ESTABLISHED VIA PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 95 OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, AT THE REQUEST OF ROBERT CYWES AND IRENE L.
