MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, January 04,2011.  The meeting was called to order at 5:01 P.M. by Committee Chair John Crescimbeni.  The meeting adjourned at 6:30 P.M.
