The meeting was called to order at 1:30 p.m. The Chair asked Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy to review the agenda items:

Four (4) items were ready for action; eleven (11) items were being deferred; five (5) items were being recommended for second reading and re-referral; one (1) item was being withdrawn.

On Item #13, RESO 2011-383, Supporting an Enterprise Boundary Amend in Accordance with Sec. 290.0056(6), F.S.; Designating Certain Areas as Jacksonville Brownfields Areas for Environmental Rehab & Economic Dev, Assistant Council Auditor Billy indicated that there will be a public hearing at the next RCD & Health Committee meeting and that there would be a public hearing scheduled at Highlands Public Library.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:31 p.m.
