After an initial deferral, C/M Brown arrived to address the bill and the deferral was reconsidered.  He had recently received a copy of the requested budget, although most in attendance had not yet seen it and the Council’s auditors had not had a chance to review it.  C/M Brown noted that no one had contacted him with questions concerning the bill since discussion at a prior committee meeting.  Discussion included City, in-kind, and private funding, and how funding/reimbursement from the City has been handled in previous years.  Committee members wanted time to review the budget, and the bill was deferred.
