The Committee Chair, Bill
Bishop, called the meeting to order at 9:33 a.m. and took everyone through the
marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
10-856 In response to a
question from the Chair, Mrs. Billy indicated that Council President Joost, one of the cosponsors, will be
asked about withdrawal
11-178 Mayor’s Office
requesting deferral
11-377 The Chair noted that
information from the Council Auditor’s Office has been attached
11-385 Mayor’s Office
requesting deferral
11-386 In response to a
question from C/M Yarborough, Mrs. Deal indicated that the Mayor’s Office is ready to move forward with this
item
11-388 Mayor’s Office
requesting deferral; CM Crescimbeni, introducer, stated his agreement
11-440 C/M Lee noted that the
bill should be recommended for 2nd reading and referral, and also inquired as to the amendment; Ms. Sidman
advised that the amendment will fill a blank
11-441 C/M Lee advised that
she was present for this item
