The Committee Chair, Bill Bishop, called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. Council President Joost addressed the committee members concerning his advice to vote your conscience, and he noted that this committee will set the tone for the next four years through its consideration of Mayoral appointees. volatility. It was noted that a study
