Attendance: Council Member Kevin Hyde; Sean Costigan, Office
of Council Auditor; Peggy Sidman, Office of General Counsel; Juliette Williams and
Rick Campbell, Office of City Council; Lisa Rinaman and Sherry Hall, Office of
the Mayor
The meeting came to order at
9:32 a.m., and Mr. Costigan took everyone through the marked agenda containing
the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
11-167 Ms. Sidman advised
that the proposed amendment, now in underline/strike-through format, would be drafted as a
substitute if accepted
11-184 Withdrawal at the
request of the department was noted
11-313 Ms. Sidman reminded
everyone that Mr. Alvarez appeared at the last committee meeting for his interview
