The meeting came to order at
9:32 a.m., and Mr. Costigan took everyone through the marked agenda containing
the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
11-122 Mr. Costigan noted
that the reference to an amendment should be removed
11-289 Ms. Sidman advised that,
pursuant to Ordinance Code requirements, the committee discuss the appointee’s business interests in
11-292, 11-293, 11-294 Review
by Office of Council Auditor attached to agenda
11-295 Mr. Costigan indicated
that action on this item could be taken today
