The meeting was
called to order at 9:30 a.m.
Vice Chair Joost
asked Sean Costigan to review the marked agenda provided by the Council
Auditor’s Office which included 7 items marked for deferral, 15 items ready for
action, and 19 items to be read a second time and re-referred.
2010-695
(Ordinance Code amendments regarding fair share assessment administrative
procedures) – Dylan Reingold stated that there will be a proposed addition to
the amendment on the marked agenda regarding deletion of some references.
2010-795
(approving joint use agreement between the City and Twin Hills Civic Assn. for
park use) – Mr. Joost has additional questions about the percentage of use of
the park by the general public vs. the civic association which will be answered
at the meeting.
There being no
further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 9:35 a.m.
