The meeting was called to order at 2:05 p.m. and the following actions were taken:

 

The Chair announced at the outset that the five (5) bills regarding the 911 Emergency Addressing Advisory Committee Reassignment actions would be deferred.  Public Hearings on the five respective bills would be opened and closed and considered at the December 5th meeting. New notices on the public hearings would be issued.  There were no speakers for any of the five bills.
