The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:32 p.m. and proceeded to review the agenda.

 

The Chair announced that after consultations with Planning Department Director Bill Killingworth, he was deferring Item # 3, RESO-Q 2011-309, Appeal By Alan Fetner, Fetner & Hartigan Periodontics of a Decision of the 911 Emerg Addressing Advisory Comm to Reassign an Out of Sequence Address Number….to a New Address…  Assistant General Counsel Dylan said that, procedurally, an amendment should be added to the bill to reflect an amended petition in the address change procedure; the bill would then be re-referred.  The Chair indicated that he would to along with the amendment and re-referral.

 

The Chair indicated that Item #6, ORD 2011-460, Closing & Abandoning 3 Sections of Rosewood Ave…to Eliminate Duplicated use of “Rosewood” as a Street Name & Minimize the 911 Emerg Syst Routing Problem this Duplications Causes…was being deferred at the request of Council  Member Carter.

 

Council Member Boyer had been meeting with Council Member Redman and others to discuss Item #18, ORD 2011-615, Providing for Transfer of $800,000 Currently Allocated for Constrn of Monroe St (Portion of Courthouse Proj)… She gave a synopsis of new ideas and a new approach to resolving the issues and invited interested parties to join her and Council Member Redman to advance a resolution of the problems and reservations that some had with the proposed legislation.

 

There being for further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:45 p.m.
