The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:29 p.m. and proceeded to review the agenda items.

 

On behalf of the Administration, Jessica Deal requested that Item #3, ORD 2011-50, Auth Public Works Dept to Collect $13 Fee for Delivery of Recycle Bins to Residential Solid Waste Customers, be deferred.

 

The Administration requested a deferral for one additional cycle Item #8, ORD 2011-366, Auth Economic Dev Agreemt with Parador Partners, LLC re Additional Downtown Parking for Ofc, Retail & Visitation Uses in a new Space Garage at SE Corner of Bay & Hogan Sts.

 

The Chair indicated that he was going to defer Item #12, ORD 2011-412, Approp $1,300,000 in Investmt Pool Earnings to Fund Phase 1 Imprvemts to Water Street Garage.  He did a site inspection and spoke with Public Works Director Joey Duncan; the Chair felt that it was best to defer the bill at this particular time.

 

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:34 p.m.
