The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:31 p.m. and proceeded to review the agenda.
Four (4) items were ready for action; five (5) bills were being deferred; eight (8) bills were being recommended for seconding and re-referral.
The Chair indicated that he was somewhat surprised that Item #4, ORD 2011-50, Auth Public Works Dept to Collect $13 Fee for Delivery of Recycle Bins to Residential Solid Waste Customers, was being deferred again.
The Chair noted that Item #5, ORD 2011-51, Amend Ord
2009-468-E to Expand Scope of Tree Planting from “
The Chair indicated that although Item #8, ORD 2011-133, Repealing Article 26 of City Charter re the Water & Sewer Expansion Authority, was deferred in the Rules Committee, he had contemplated taking it up.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:33 p.m.
