The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. and proceeded to review the agenda.
On Item #1, ORD 2010-332, Apv Fair Share Assessmt with Signature land, Inc. for “Biddy Parcel Commercial” Proj, Dylan Reingold indicated that at the last Committee meeting, zoning and land use issues were raised concerning the development of the property. A land use amendment and re-zoning will likely be required to permit uses contemplated under the contract.
The Chair asked Bob Williams of Public Works’ Real Estate Division to explain Item #5, ORD 2011-9, Closing and Abandoning Portion of Drainage R/W in Bay Cove Subdiv.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:33 p.m.
