Per
OGC, the Amendment adds the following conditions to the PUD: 1) The Subject
Property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services
Division Memorandum dated July 18, 2012 or as otherwise approved by the
Planning and Development Department; 2) The Subject Property shall comply
with Off-Street Parking Regulations as set forth in Chapter 656 (Zoning
Code), Part 6; 3) The day care center shall not exceed 50 children, or the
number of children authorized by the Department of Children & Families
(DCF), whichever is less. The minimum parking required for the subject
