Property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services

Planning and Development Department; 2) The Subject Property shall comply
with Off-Street Parking Regulations as set forth in Chapter 656 (Zoning Code),
Part 6; 3) The day care center shall not exceed 50 children, or the number of
children authorized by the Department of Children & Families (DCF),
whichever is less. The minimum parking required for the subject property
shall not be reduced to allow a playground for the day care center. |

2012, and a revised PUD written description, dated August 13, 2012; and 3)
adds the following condition to the PUD: The Subject Property shall provide
one ADA parking space. There shall be no minimum parking requirement. Parking
shall be prohibited in the St. Elmo Drive and Live Oak Lane right-of-ways. |
