CITY COUNCIL AGENDA MEETING MINUTES

Meeting Convened:  4:05 p.m.

 

Council President Bishop convened the meeting and asked the committee chairs to report their committee actions.

 

Rules Committee: Council Member Yarborough reviewed the actions of the committee from its meeting. 

 

TEU Committee: Council Member Anderson reviewed the actions of the committee from its meeting. 

 

PHS Committee: Council Member Daniels reviewed the actions of the committee from its meeting. 

 

Finance Committee: Council Member Crescimbeni reviewed the actions of the committee from its meeting, noting that 2012-449 (repealing and re-enacting red light camera enforcement ordinance) has differing amendments from the Finance and PHS committees.  The Finance amendment will be offered first.

 

RCD Committee: Council Member Carter reported that all of the committees items have been previously covered.

 

LUZ Committee: Council Member Boyer reviewed the actions of the committee from its meeting, noting that 2012-400 (development agreement for Julington Creek Marina) will have a floor amendment offered by Council Member Schellenberg.
