Amendment
per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD written description, dated
April 23, 2012, and adds the following conditions to the PUD: (a) The Subject
Property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services
Division Memorandum dated March 20, 2012, or as otherwise approved by the
Planning and Development Department; (b) The depth of the borrow pit shall
not exceed 35 feet; (c) The Subject property shall be developed in accordance
with Sections 656.905 and 656.906 of the Zoning Code. The safety fence required in Section
656.906 may be removed after the borrow pit is closed and the borrow pit
meets the required slopes in Section 656.905(b) of the Zoning Code; (d) The hours of operation for the borrow pit
excavation and related uses and activities shall be limited to between 7:00
A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
The borrow pit excavation and all related uses and activities shall
cease within two years of the effective date of this ordinance; and (e) Each
lot shall have a minimum parking driveway pad (18 feet x 18 feet) for two
automobiles such that the automobiles parking in the driveway will not
encroach in to the sidewalk. |
