AMENDMENTS and SUBSTITUTES

11-767	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment remands the appeal back to the Planning Commission with the following instructions: (1) Review Zoning Exception application E-11-54 in a concurrent manner with the second Administrative Deviation request for the same property, AD-12-03, which includes a request to decrease the required parking from 33 spaces to 0 spaces; (2) Review Zoning Exception application E-11-54, and the criteria set forth in the Ordinance Code for a zoning exception, in light of the Riverside/Avondale Zoning Overlay and the second Administrative Deviation request, AD-12-03; and (3) Provide express findings for each of the criteria set forth in the Ordinance Code for a zoning exception.
11-768	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment grants the appeal of the Administrative Deviation request on procedural grounds with a refund the appeal fees to Riverside Avondale Preservation and the application fees to Rock of Avondale, Inc.
12-39	Amendment	On Pg. 1, line 11: strike “by resolution”; insert names of selected firms; attach agreements; delete authority to sign other documents/ take other action without Council approval; add agreement term to bill.
12-102	Amendment	Attaches revised agreement.
12-136	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment adds Guy Lachapelle as an owner and adds the following conditions to the PUD zoning: (1) The Subject Property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated March 22, 2012, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; (2) The following uses shall require site plan approval through a minor modification in order to be permitted on the Subject Property: automobile service stations, the rental of automobile vehicle, trailers and trucks and auto laundries; (3) Establishments or facilities that include the retail sale and service of all alcoholic beverages for on premises or off premises consumption or both shall be prohibited; and (4) Semi-trailers drawn by a truck tractor by means of a fifth-wheel arrangement and any motor vehicles with an actual scale weight in pounds with complete catalog equipment of more than 10,000 pounds, which are registered on the basis of gross vehicle weight in accordance with F.S. § 320.08(4), and which are designed or used for the carriage of goods or designed or equipped with a connecting device for the purpose of drawing a trailer that is attached or coupled thereto by means of such connecting device and includes any such motor vehicle to which has been added a cabinet box, a platform, a rack, or other equipment for the purpose of carrying goods other than the personal effects of the passengers shall not be parked, rented or stored on the Subject Property.
12-137	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment grants the sign waiver, subject to the following condition: (1) The sign shall be a pylon sign, with a clear and unobstructed area at the base of the sign structure from the existing grade up to an elevation of five and a half feet above the existing grade, except for any necessary supporting structures, subject to review and approval of the Planning and Development Department.
12-138	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment grants the sign waiver.
12-139	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment grants the waiver of the minimum required road frontage, subject to the following conditions: (1) The addresses for the Subject Property shall be clearly identified on Stratton Road; and (2) A cross-access agreement shall be recorded prior to the issuance of a building permit or move on permit for the residences on the Subject Property.
12-145	Substitute	Allocate $36,883 in savings from JCCI study and reduced auto allowance to Park Maintenance budget (from Mayor’s Executive Operating Contingency) and delete remainder of bill.
12-171	Amendment	Add requirement for contract terms relating to independently verifiable documentation of compliance with incentive agreement.
12-172	Amendment	Attach revised board resolution; correct contract term in agreement; state purpose in bill; remove Mayoral authority to execute other documents/take other action without Council approval.
12-173	Amendment	Add “to” account info: PWOD15FCSCR Crystal Springs Chaffee Road

12-185	Amendment	Add language & attach BT to appropriate $122,000 from General Counsel fund balance to General Counsel Judgment Claims and Losses account to cover settlement.
12-186	Amendment	Place funds into the Special Council Contingency account.
12-188	Amendment	Strike Exhibits 1 & 2 and insert Revised Exhibits 1 & 2, adding back one precinct in District 7 and changing one precinct voting location in District 7 for the upcoming election; direct Supervisor of Elections to update his web site to reflect this Council action.
12-211	Amendment	Add all council members as co-sponsors.
