12-26	Amendment	Clarifies the amount to be transferred to the JSO ($41,280) and the amount used to realign budgeted amounts ($18,648); changes references from Department of Parks and Recreation to Special Services Department
12-85	Amendment	Clarifies that expenditures authorized by the Director of the ECO Office are subject to City procurement, travel, personnel, budget and other general ordinances and within the limits of the budget provided by the City Council via budget ordinances.
12-86	Amendment	Changes term in definition of contractor from “all aspects” of marine contracting to “one or more aspects”; changes date on which 4-year experience requirement applies from June 30, 2012 to September 30, 2012
12-89	Amendment	Directs the Accounting Division to delete a duplicative project number.
12-90	Amendment	Strikes a reference in the bill title to this being a continuation grant
12-102	Amendment	Changes reference from on file fair share amendment dated February 8, 2012 to Revised On File amendment dated March 5, 2012 – TEU; removes and replaces fair share amendment application and contract with Revised On File document dated March 5, 2012 which adds a reference to incorporate Thomas Creek Regional Activity Center uses.
12-129	Amendment	Clarifies that any changes made to the agreement by the Office of General Counsel are limited to technical changes (legal descriptions, surveys, easements, design standards, etc.) that have no financial impact; attaches a copy of the JEA Board resolution on the project.
