Chairman Crescimbeni convened
the meeting and reviewed the Council Auditor’s marked agenda.
Council Auditor Kirk Sherman
will make a presentation at the beginning of the meeting about the City’s
“rolled back” millage rate and the Mayor’s proposed millage rate for FY12-13,
which must be reported to the Property Appraiser by August 4th for
advertisement. A bill adopting the
millage rates will be introduced and likely acted on as an emergency at the
July 24th Council meeting.
