Meeting Convened: 9:30 a.m.
Chairman Clark convened the
meeting and reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 3 items to be
deferred, 10 items ready for action and 8 items for second reading and
re-referral.
2012-128 (appropriating
$125,000 from Old Kings Road Landfill mitigation account): the wetlands survey
shows a large portion of the property is wetlands; Council Member Brown will be
consulted about whether he intends to pursue the legislation further.
2012-145 (transferring 6
positions and associated salary and benefits from Special Services Department
Parks and Recreation Department): the Rules Committee recommended a substitute
at its meeting yesterday; the administration is in agreement with the
substitute.
