Chairwoman Boyer reviewed the
marked agenda which included 12 items to be deferred, 5 items ready for action,
8 public hearings to be opened and continued, and 8 items for second reading
and re-referral.
2012-366 (rezoning on St.
Johns Avenue): will be deferred tonight.
2012-368 (rezoning on 3rd
Street): this item was being deferred pending payment of the advertising costs;
the ads have been paid and the item is ready to be heard.
2012-428 (sign waiver on
Blanding Boulevard): will be ready for action tonight if proof of payment for
the advertising is received prior to the meeting.
