tonight and will not be acted on prior to October 2nd while the
Planning Department works on a new staff report on the project as most
recently revised. The School Board is
also doing a report on the impact of the proposal on school concurrency level
of service. Jason Gabriel of the
General Counsel’s office was instructed to work with the Planning Department
and to have the new report examine the impact of the proposed change in the
project from the current 2,400 vested dwelling units to 3,100 units. DEFER |
