Ex Parte: Gulliford, Lumb, Redman Public hearing opened and continued to 9.5.12 The committee engaged in considerable discussion of
procedural issues regarding the rezoning application and associated
applications for an administrative deviation and two zoning exceptions. Steve Diebenow
representing the applicant explained why both the PUD rezoning and
administrative deviation/exception applications were filed if either would
achieve the same end result. The
committee discussed various options for addressing the procedural issues, but
did not address any substantive issues relating to the proposed project. Sean Kelly of the Planning Department
reported that both the administrative deviation and the zoning exceptions
will be heard by the Planning Commission on August 30th. Motion/2nd (Gulliford/Bishop) to defer – approved 4-2 DEFER |
