Dylan Reingold to reviewed
the marked agenda which included 4 items
to be deferred, 32 items ready for action (3 marked for withdrawal), 7 public hearings to be opened and continued, and
5 items for second reading and re-referral.
2012-320, -321, -325, -326,
-327 and -328 are rezonings and land use changes
proposed by the Estuary Corporation for San Pablo Parkway between Beach
Boulevard and Butler Boulevard.
2012-339 (parking
requirements within Riverside/Avondale zoning overlay): there will be a new
amendment proposed to replace the amendment marked on the agenda.
2012-364 (creation of
Downtown Investment Authority): public hearing will be opened and continued,
pending the outcome of the joint Rules/Finance Committees over the next several
weeks.
The Estuary bills will be
taken up first, followed by 2012-257 and -258 (San Jose and Oak Bluff Lane land
use change and rezoning), followed by the rest of the agenda in order.
