MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, June 05,2012.  The meeting was called to order at 5:01 P.M. by Committee Vice Chair Ray Holt.  The meeting was recessed from 7:35 P.M. until 7:46 P.M., and then adjourned at 11:02 P.M.
