explained the Baldwin’s need for a fire station. The lack of a fire station has resulted in
homeowners’ and businesses’ insurance rates soaring; the nearest fire station
is located in Whitehouse. Changing the
name from Hurricane Shelter to Post Disaster Shelter was done to meet a FEMA
requirement. |
