The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
The Chair requested Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy to review the marked agenda. There were six (6) items ready for action; seven (7) items were being deferred; one (1) item was being recommended for second reading and re-referral.
The Chair announced that he was taking Item #8, ORD-MC 2012-200 Amend Secs (Equal Employment Opportunity, Public Accommodations, Fair Housing, was being moved to the end of the agenda. The Chair expects numerous speakers for Public Comment.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:35 p.m.
