Attendance: Council Members Doyle Carter (Chair), Jim Love; Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy; Margaret Sidman, Paige Johnston, Office of General Counsel; Executive Council Assistant Kevin Kuzel (Love); Juliette Williams, Legislative Services; John J. Jackson, Research Division.
The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy reviewed the marked agenda and reported that two (2) items were ready for action; six (6) items were being deferred; two (1) items were to be seconded and re-referred.
On Item #5, ORD 2012-461, Auth a Memo of Understanding Agreemt with FDOT for Use of Riverside Park under the I-95 Overpass, Assistant General Counsel Margaret Sidman explained the components of a Finance Committee Substitute that included a Maintenance Agreement between the City of Jacksonville and the Florida Department of Transportation and legislation that authorizes the terms of an agreement with Riverside Avondale Preservation that stipulates RAP’s obligations.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:33 PM
