Attendance: Council Members Doyle Carter (Chair), Don Redman; Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy; Dayatra Coles, Housing & Community Development; Scott Wilson, Executive Council Assistant; Juliette Williams, Legislative Services; John J. Jackson, Research Division.
The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:32 p.m.
Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy reviewed the marked agenda and reported that two (2) items were ready for action; nine (9) items were being deferred; four (4) items were to be seconded and re-referred.
Ms. Billy noted that both Item #s 10 & 11, ORD 2012-539, Continuation Grant Approp $5,265,303 in CDBG Prog Funds… and ORD 2012-540, Continuation Grant Appprop $523,788 in Fed Emerg Solutions Grant for Housing Assist & Related Supportive Svcs… had been deferred in the Finance Committee earlier in the day.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:34 PM
