Attendance: Council Members Doyle Carter (Chair), Don Redman; Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy; Tiffani Daily, Administration; Susan Grandin; ECA Rebekah Hagan; Juliette Williams, Legislative Services; John J. Jackson, Research Division.
The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:31 p.m.
Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy reviewed the marked agenda and reported that four (4) items were ready for action; six (6) items were being deferred; five (5) items were to be seconded and re-referred.
The Chair indicated that Council Member Ray Holt would be in attendance at the Committee meeting to field any questions and to explain the substitute for Item #2, ORD 2011-692, Approp $1,495,905…for City’s Contribution toward Acquisition Cost of Land…for “Thomas Creek Battlefield Phase I” Proj.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:33 PM
