Attendance: Council Members Greg Anderson (Chair), Jim Love; Paige Johnston, Office of General Counsel; Heather Reber, Council Auditor’s Office; Tiffani Dailey, Mayor’s Office; Lin White, Public Works; Juliette Williams, Legislative Aide; John J. Jackson, Council Research Division.
The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. and proceeded to review the Council Auditor’s Office marked agenda.
There were three (3) items ready for action; four (4) items were being deferred; and, one (1) item was being seconded and re-referred.
Heather Reber explained the amendment for Item #6, ORD 2012-601, Approp $27,000 from Ofc of Economic Dev – Permanent & Probationary Salaries’ Auth Agreemt with Dietrich Planning, LLC to Produce a Housing Element Study & Plan Update for the JIA/CRA…that stipulates that the account from which the funds will derive will be “Office of Economic Development-Professional Services”; and, a reference will be added to the bill to add two road projects to CRA plan and integrating an additional 755.21 acres.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:33 P.M.
