MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, August 20,2012. The meeting was called to order at 2:05 P.M. by Committee Chair Greg Anderson.  The meeting adjourned at 3:33 P.M.
