The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:31 p.m. and proceeded to review the Council Auditor’s Office marked agenda.
On Item #4, ORD 2012-173, Approp $27,860 from Tree Protection & Related Expenses Trust Fund for Tree Planting, Installation & Maint on Crystal Springs Rd…, Council Member Anderson asked the Assistant Council Auditor about the trust fund. Specifically, what was the source of the funds in the account and how much remained in the account if the appropriated funds in this bill were approved. Heather Reber explained.
Attorney Paul Harden explained what Item #6, ORD 2012-175, Closing & Abandoning &/or Disclaiming Portion of Unopened & Unimproved R/W in Jax Heights at Req of AFI Associates.., entailed. The measure was, essentially, a land swap.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:35 p.m.
