OGC, the Amendment provides for an amended DRI NOPC dated October 31, 2013
which among other things revises the roadway improvement requirements and
sets forth an effective date subject to the provisions of Chapter 380,
Florida Statutes so that the Development Order is contingent upon the
effective date of a development order rendered by St. Johns County with terms
that are in accordance with the terms of this Development Order, and in the
event that a development order is not rendered by St. Johns County with terms
that are in accordance with the terms of the Development Order on or before
September 1, 2014, then the subject Development Order automatically becomes
null and void, and of no further force or effect. |
