13-495	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised lease – attach contract exhibits) .
13-567	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following condition to the PUD: 1) The subject property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated August 28, 2013 or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department.
13-569	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment grants the sign waiver.
13-571	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment grants the sign waiver and amends the request such that the minimum set back is from ten feet to three feet (rather than one foot).
