13-102	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment grants the sign waiver subject to the following conditions: (a) The maximum size of the sign face shall be 32 square feet, double sided; (b) The sign shall be not less than 130 feet from the nearest single-family home; (c) The changing message device shall be static and unchanging for not less than 12 seconds between messages; (d) The sign face shall be oriented perpendicular to Soutel Drive.
13-373	Substitute	Requires a transient vendor on private property to maintain a copy of the appropriate permits on-site at all times when vending activities are occurring; provides an exception to the permitting requirement for de minimis, temporary charitable fundraising activities; and requires that a private property owner be notified by the City of violations of the Chapter on the site before the issuance of a citation.
13-395	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment grants the sign waiver subject to the following condition: (a) At such time that the sign base or pole is replaced for any reason, the new sign shall conform to the requirements of the Zoning Code.
13-465	Amendment	Reflects actions of the Finance Committee to date; attaches Revised Exhibits 1 and 2; deletes waiver of section 122.605(C) requiring a finding of detriment and a 2/3 vote of Council for amendment; inserts a section providing that residual funding remaining in any capital project expenditure line at the completion of the project shall be transferred to the source account fund balance , Council district bond funds or Special Council Reserve as appropriate.
13-466	Amendment	Reflects actions of the Finance Committee to date; attaches Revised Exhibits 1 and 2.

13-528	Amendment	Attaches a Revised Exhibit 1 (revised CON).
13-532	Amendment	Attaches revised Exhibit 1 – Franchise Agreement, to update the indemnification language.
13-555	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment sets forth that, if the Commission votes to deny the demolition permit application, at the next meeting after it considered the demolition request, so long as the next meeting is no less than 21 days following (unless the Applicant has requested a continuance or deferral) it shall also issue an advisory recommendation to the City Council on the structure's landmark status utilizing the criteria and procedures in 307.104.
13-557	Amendment	Corrects name of “from” account in bill; attaches Revised Exhibit 2 - corrected CIP listing.
13-559	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (grant award) without unnecessary shading.
13-560	Amendment	Increases the total appropriation to $39,000 and sets up a new general Public Works account so that the remainder of the $39,000 (after $21,680 to the San Marco Boulevard project) goes into the countywide sidewalks/bike lanes project account.
13-564	Amendment	Attaches revised on file document (final draft of lease agreement); corrects square footage to 1,105 in bill; references in the bill lease of 26 parking spaces @$45/mo. for initial term.
13-573	Amendment	Corrects address to “410 Jackson Rd.”; corrects “Dickson” to “Dickinson”
13-579	Amendment	Corrects “1st Full Term” to “Partial Term”.
13-580	Amendment	Term to begin on October 2, 2013.
13-587	Amendment	Corrects dates to reflect appropriation for 2012/2013 FY; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT); identifies Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida as the donor.
13-600	Amendment	Provides for transfer of the City Magistrate position from the Juvenile Alternative Program to Court Administration.
