that the Jacksonville Journey Oversight Committee present to the Finance
Committee a written statement of the Journey’s short- and long-term goals,
measurable objectives, plans to attain the objectives, and a statement of the
committee’s expectation of whether the City’s financial commitment to the
Journey is expected to be for a fixed time period or indefinite. |
