OGC, the Amendment adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) The subject
property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services
Division Memorandum dated January 31, 2013, or as otherwise approved by the
Planning and Development Department; (2) There shall be no relic driveways
and “No Parking” signs shall be posted and maintained along the Davis Street
North Greenway; (3) Owner shall install a standard City sidewalk along the
south side of 11th Street West adjacent to subject property; and (4) The
subject property shall be developed in accordance with Part 12 of the Zoning
Code or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department. |
