AMENDMENTS and SUBSTITUTES

13-281	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a summary of evidence, findings of fact and conclusions of law, grants the administrative deviation, and adds the following conditions to the approval of the administrative deviation: 1) A pedestrian gate shall be installed and maintained on the subject property, within 10 feet of the mutual property corner nearest the drop inlet along the northwest property line located adjacent to 4803 Ortega Boulevard. Said gate shall be 36 inches wide and constructed of aluminum pickets and shall remain continually operational and continually accessible from 4803 Ortega Boulevard. Such gate shall be installed within 30 days of the effective date of this ordinance; and 2) The maximum light intensity emitted by each light shall be limited to 900 lumens.
13-282	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment approves the waiver of road frontage.
13-292	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 - revised BT; corrects scrivener’s error; clarifies program income appropriation; amends Ordinance Code to codify the Mayor’s transfer authority with regard to CDBG program income and loan repayment principal and interest.
13-299	Amendment	Corrects easement length; attaches revised Exhibit 1.
13-306	Amendment	Floor: Per OGC, the Amendment grants the sign waiver.
13-307	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment revises the Notice of Proposed Change (NOPC) Description (Section D. Transportation Analysis, on page 8 of 28) so that 2 specified ITE Codes are eliminated, and 2 specified ITE Codes remain, for purposes of basing the conversion rate for the identified uses (assisted living facility and senior adult housing). Accordingly, the Amendment also reflects that the NOPC dated April 5, 2013 is amended as of June 18, 2013, with the “on file” document amended and replaced with a “revised on file” document.
13-308	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD Site Plan, dated May 31, 2013 and a revised PUD written description, dated June 12, 2013.
13-311	Amendment	Removes sunset provision and requirement for a negotiated brownfield site rehabilitation agreement.
13-334	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD written description, dated April 25, 2013 and adds the following conditions to the PUD: 1) The subject property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated May 13, 2013, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; and 2) The dumpster shall be enclosed with a six (6) foot high concrete block wall and gates.
13-350	Amendment	Attaches board resolutions supporting bill as Revised Exhibits 1 and 2; corrects section reference; amends the date of the TRUE Commission resolution to 6/13/13.
13-353	Amendment	Corrects project name listing; attaches revised CIP listing as Revised Exhibit 3.
13-357	Amendment	Strikes Mayor’s authority to execute non-named documents and to take further action.
13-368	Amendment	Removes unnecessary whereas clause language; corrects Town of Baldwin rolled-back millage rate to 8.6630; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 to with revised tentative budget; declares need for one-cycle emergency action per 106.200(c).
13-399	Amendment	Corrects scrivener’s errors (un-capitalize “Owned”, “Robinson” should be “Robertson); adds all council members as co-sponsors.
