Per OGC, the Amendment
incorporates a summary of evidence, findings of fact and conclusions of law,
grants the administrative deviation, and adds the following conditions to the
approval of the administrative deviation: 1) A pedestrian gate shall be
installed and maintained on the subject property, within 10 feet of the
mutual property corner nearest the drop inlet along the northwest property
line located adjacent to 4803 Ortega Boulevard. Said gate shall be 36 inches
wide and constructed of aluminum pickets and shall remain continually
operational and continually accessible from 4803 Ortega Boulevard. Such gate shall
be installed within 30 days of the effective date of this ordinance; and 2)
The maximum light intensity emitted by each light shall be limited to 900
lumens. |
