13-167	Substitute	Provides that appointed employees hired on or after July 1, 2013 within the ECO office who choose to join a City-sponsored retirement plan shall only be eligible to join the General Employees Defined Contribution Plan.
13-231	Amendment	Corrects spelling of appointee’s name; adds description of appointee’s substantial business interest in Duval County.
13-233	Amendment	Changes appointee’s county of residence from Duval to St. John’s; adds a description of the appointee’s substantial business interest in Duval County.
13-249	Amendment	Attaches revised BT as Revised Exhibit 1; changes appropriation amount, project name, & CIP listing to reflect $554,806 in previously expended funds; attaches revised project information sheet as Revised Exhibit 4
13-257	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment attaches a revised Exhibit 1, the legal description, a revised Exhibit 2, Specific Conditions, and a revised Conceptual Master Plan, Map H, of Exhibit 5, and changes the references to South Connector Road to International Airport Boulevard.
13-258	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD site plan, dated May 28, 2013 and a revised PUD written description, dated May 28, 2013, and adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) The subject property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated April 23, 2013, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; and (2) Employment offices shall only be permitted through the grant of an exception.
13-259	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD site plan, dated June 4, 2013 and a revised PUD written description, dated May 21, 2013, and adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) The subject property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated April 23, 2013, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department.
13-264	Amendment	Deletes reference to “in accordance with Parks Master Plan”; requires compliance with Ordinance Code Sec. 106.315 “District Council Expenditures; adds “Loblolly Wetlands Mitigation Fund” as funding source; adds account number & corrects spelling errors; appropriates equal amounts to 14 district funds; requires that district funds be encumbered by September 30, 2014.
13-273	Substitute	Changes appointment to the Jacksonville Housing Finance Authority instead of the Jacksonville Housing Authority.
13-285	Amendment	Requires the Council Auditor’s Office to review Sunshine Law compliance every 2 years by means of analyzing a sampling of meeting notices, locations and minutes and required personnel training over the prior two years and to report the results of the review no later than June 1^st of even-numbered years.
13-288	Amendment	TEU: Attaches and references Revised Exhibit 1 (Revised B.T. 13-066); revises purchase price to $180,000 to include the city’s closing costs; inserts reference to Escrow Agreement; makes City conveyance of the property to the developer contingent upon the developer submitting RFP proposal and being selected by the City; replaces on file purchase and sale agreement with revised on file Escrow Agreement and Purchase and Sale Agreement. Finance: Attaches and references Revised Exhibit 1 (Revised B.T. 13-066); includes explicit waiver of requirement to deposit sale proceeds into Parkland Acquisition Account and provides that funds from sale of downtown properties will be deposited to Northbank TIF account; revises purchase price to $180,000 to include the city’s closing costs; inserts reference to Escrow Agreement; makes City conveyance of the property to the developer contingent upon the developer submitting RFP proposal and being selected by the City; replaces on file purchase and sale agreement with revised on file Escrow Agreement and Purchase and Sale Agreement.
13-294	Amendment	Corrects reference to a prior bill number; specifies appropriation from a Public Works retained earnings account and adds sub-object number; adds reference to total year-to-date appropriation to this firm of $100,000.
13-295	Amendment	Revises planting locations and adds R.E. lot numbers; adds account sub-object number.
13-313	Amendment	Changes term expiration date from June 30 to November 30; corrects scrivener’s error.
13-324	Amendment	Places TEFRA hearing notice, minutes and report on file; makes minor technical corrections in bill.
13-361	Amendment	Attaches revised appointee resume.
13-364	Amendment	Adds all council members as co-sponsors.
13-369	Amendment	Clarifies the three components of the QTI incentive (base plus Enterprise Zone bonus plus 150% of state salary level bonus); replaces on-file exhibit to correct amount of capital investment to $674,000.
