Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following condition to the PUD: (1) The subject property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated March 6, 2013, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department.

Rules 1: provides that the tethering restriction becomes effective October 1, 2015.

 

Rules 2 (Holt): Amends the proposed new paragraph 462.204(e) to provide that restraint by tethering is permissible if the owner is within 100 feet of the tethered animal.
