AMENDMENTS and SUBSTITUTES

13-2	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment grants the administrative deviation.
13-3	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment grants the waiver of minimum road frontage requirement.
13-162	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following condition to the PUD: (1) The subject property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated March 6, 2013, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department.
13-164	Amendment	Rules 1: provides that the tethering restriction becomes effective October 1, 2015. Rules 2 (Holt): Amends the proposed new paragraph 462.204(e) to provide that restraint by tethering is permissible if the owner is within 100 feet of the tethered animal.
13-185	Amendment	Provides that the Bicycle/Pedestrian Coordinator will not serve on Subdivision Standards Comm. but will serve as staff to the Context Sensitive Streets Committee; corrects a scrivener’s error marking deletion and insertion of codified language.
13-188	Amendment	Attaches grant Memorandum of Understanding as Exhibit 2.
13-194	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 3 (revised letters dated April 15, 2013).
13-195	Amendment	Strikes Mayor’s “authority to take further action as may be necessary or appropriate” language.
13-228	Amendment	Adds emergency passage language.
