13-94	Substitute	Finance: enacts a temporary mobility fee reduction for 18 months (75% reduction for first 6 months, 50% next 6 months, 25% next 6 months) beginning 3 months after the effective date of the ordinance; reduction does not apply to mobility fees set forth in an expedited mobility fee calculation certificate; during the temporary partial waiver period; failure to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy for a single family residential project within 42 months after the temporary waiver period begins shall require full repayment of the waived fees; failure to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy within 36 months for any other type of construction valued at more than $1 million or within 12 months for any other type of construction valued at $1 million or less shall require full repayment of the waived fees; all mobility fees collected during the period of the temporary reduction shall be allocated first to bicycle and pedestrian projects listed in the City’s Mobility Plan within the mobility zone where collected; any funds remaining after allocation to applicable bicycle and pedestrian projects within a zone shall then be allocated to the prioritized project within the zone. 13-155	Amendment	Adds a requirement that at least 2 years of the required 4 or 5 years of experience in the field include experience with bicycle and pedestrian facility design standards
13-156	Amendment	Repeals previous Ordinance 2012-722-E so as to undo the appropriation of $60,000 to the Special Council Contingency fund
13-159	Amendment	References prior S-line tree funding and inserts an account number.
13-160	Amendment	Revises cost; adds reference to Council Districts 10 and 12; references repetitive flood loss properties; adds account number and specific project name; attaches Revised Exhibit 1.
13-163	Amendment	Technical correction of drafting errors
13-169	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment approves the appeal, which grants the COA and eliminates condition (f) that had required that “[w]indows shall feature exterior raised profile muntins/grids that match visually the existing windows being replaced, subject to the review and approval of staff prior to purchase.”
13-170	Amendment	Adds the Rules Committee members as co-sponsors; adds a Whereas clause referencing the fact that Jacksonville allocates a portion of its telecommunications tax revenue to the Jacksonville Port Authority and any loss of that revenue could negatively impact on port development; adds a Whereas clause stating that Jacksonville opposes any legislation that would have a negative impact on counties.
13-171	Amendment	Changes “spot” to “seat”; states that appointment is for a partial rather than a full term.
13-183	Amendment	Places revised Agreement (dated April 1, 2013) on file to include technical changes.
13-184	Amendment	Attaches revised Exhibit 1 (Project Summary) and Revised Exhibit 2 (revised B.T.)
