Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD written description, dated January 3, 2013, and adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) The subject property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated February 19, 2013, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; (2) All trees greater than 6 inches in caliper and located within 20 feet of any property line shall be preserved and maintained; (3) One evergreen tree 2 inches in caliper shall be provided and maintained along the north and west property lines every 30 feet on center, except where access is provided to Andreu Road; (4) All storage of recreational vehicles shall occur indoors; and (5) There shall be no repair or servicing of vehicles on the subject property.

Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD written description, dated February 8, 2013, and a revised PUD site plan, dated March 4, 2013, and adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) Recycling yards and/or a yard waste composting facility including the mulching process shall only be permitted through the grant of a zoning exception; (2) An eight foot vinyl fence shall be installed and maintained along the subject property line as indicated on the survey, attached hereto as Exhibit 4; and (3) The baling of white goods is permitted. Vehicle crushing is prohibited.
