13-86	Amendment	Removes emergency language.
13-98	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following condition to the PUD: (1) The subject property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated February 22, 2013 or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department.
13-101	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD written description, dated January 3, 2013, and adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) The subject property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated February 19, 2013, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; (2) All trees greater than 6 inches in caliper and located within 20 feet of any property line shall be preserved and maintained; (3) One evergreen tree 2 inches in caliper shall be provided and maintained along the north and west property lines every 30 feet on center, except where access is provided to Andreu Road; (4) All storage of recreational vehicles shall occur indoors; and (5) There shall be no repair or servicing of vehicles on the subject property.
13-103	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment approves the sign waiver with the following condition: At such time that the sign base or pole be replaced for any reason, the new sign will conform to the requirements of the Zoning Code.

13-125	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD written description, dated February 8, 2013, and a revised PUD site plan, dated March 4, 2013, and adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) Recycling yards and/or a yard waste composting facility including the mulching process shall only be permitted through the grant of a zoning exception; (2) An eight foot vinyl fence shall be installed and maintained along the subject property line as indicated on the survey, attached hereto as Exhibit 4; and (3) The baling of white goods is permitted. Vehicle crushing is prohibited.

13-138	Amendment	References 2010-441-E which authorized the first amendment; inserts payment breakdown & corrects carryover period in bill body; attaches revised on-file document to correct maximum indebtedness in amendment to $437,854; corrects March 1 due date to “after approval of ordinance”; strikes reference to additional mayoral authority to take “all further action to effectuate the purpose of the ordinance.”
13-141	Amendment	Corrects an error in the name of the CIP; revises CIP project listing to specify reroofing and water mitigation; attaches Revised Exhibit 2.
13-180	Amendment	Corrects number of permanent full-time equivalent new jobs created from 3 to 35; clarifies that local financial support per new job is $1,400; attaches revised agreement as Revised Exhibit 1 to include complete performance schedule on creation of new jobs; modifies project description regarding timing of QTI Reimbursement.
