Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment 1) revises the legal description to eliminate a one foot strip along Sherrington Street and, 2)  includes an additional whereas clause explaining that the purpose of the revised legal description is to eliminate direct access for commercial traffic onto Sherrington Street.

Replaces City Council Finance Chair with Chief Administrative Officer as a member of the review committee.

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD written description, dated January 10, 2013, and adds the following conditions to the PUD: 1) The subject property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated January 9, 2013, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; 2) All sag lenses, drop lenses and convex lenses shall be prohibited. Illumination levels at all property lines shall not exceed one half foot candles when the building or parking areas are located adjacent to residential areas, and shall not exceed one foot candle when abutting other non-residential properties. All lighting lamp sources within parking and pedestrian areas shall be metal halide or compact florescent.  The maximum light pole height in all parking areas should not exceed thirty feet. An exterior lighting design plan, including a photometrics plan, pole and fixtures schedules shall be submitted at 10 set for review and approval by the Planning and Development Department; and 3) Any monument style sign shall not be located closer than 200 feet from another monument style sign.

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment removes Exhibit 1, the Designation Application and Report of the Planning and Development Department, and Exhibit 2, the Jacksonville Historic Preservation Commission minutes, and refers to them as on file with the Legislative Services Division, and adds a revised Exhibit 1, the legal description for the property.

Corrects section number for new Code section; requires a 2/3 vote of Council to override the requirement.

Amendment

Rules: adds a definition for “Certificate of Use”; removes language re: state permit for tire splitting; increases the maximum number of tires that may be stored on site from 1,000 to 1,500; establishes a threshold requirement for tire transport permits of more than 8 tires.

 

Finance: Rules amendment, plus adds a requirement that stored tires be sprayed so as to prevent mosquito breeding and adds a requirement that stored tires be in fenced lot, chained, or otherwise secured from theft.

Amendment

Attaches revised B.T.; adds language clarifying that this appropriation is $287,000 additional for a total project funding of $12,862,000; corrects project name; corrects CIP year reference.

Corrects “appropriate to” account number; changes “appropriate to” account name to Special Council Contingency – Planning Department; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 – revised agreement between City and TBE Group.
