12-553	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1; revises description to remove specific boundaries of the project.
12-633	Amendment	Includes authorization to transfer funds from the fund being eliminated to the Sheriff’s Criminal Investigative Trust Fund.
12-634	Amendment	Adds language clarifying that property owners are required to maintain public sidewalks, curbs and gutters that abut their private property.
12-678	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment grants the zoning variance.
12-679	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment grants the waiver of the minimum road frontage requirement.
12-680	Amendment	Rules: Codifes the educational & experience requirement for the DIA CEO and references additional qualifications and criteria as Addendum 1 to the relevant Code subpart. Finance: Codifes the educational & experience requirements and references Revised Exhibit 1 to Ordinance 2012-680 which gives greater detail of desired qualifications; amends the Revised Exhibit to reduce the experience requirement from 8-10 to 5 years; changes qualification language in the exhibit from “visionary” to “demonstrated experience with urban visioning”.

12-688	Amendment	Changes exemption period from 2013-2022 to 2014-2023; replaces Exhibit 1 with Revised Exhibit 1; changes “street” to “avenue”.
12-690	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment 1) corrects the name of an appellant, 2) withdraws one appeal, and 3) approves the zoning exception with the modified conditions consistent with the settlement agreement between the parties.
12-691	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment approves the certificate of appropriateness with the modified conditions consistent with the settlement agreement between the parties.

12-712	Amendment	Expresses City’s intent to make grant payments from the JIA/CRA fund.
12-718	Amendment	Adds a provision that reporting requirements will be developed in the initial budget process and shall be subsequently complied with on an annual basis.
12-730	Substitute	Reduces Banking Fund borrowing by $2,000,000; adds Banking Fund borrowing authorization of $2,762,097 for this project; attaches a Revised Exhibit 1 amending the 2012-16 CIP to add a project entitled “Supervisor of Elections – Office Consolidation at LaVilla”; urges the Mayor to utilize the RFP process to explore other potential lease sites for the Supervisor prior to renewing the current lease at Gateway Mall.
12-731	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment adds references to mobile homes and Section 320.8285 of the Florida Statutes.
