Meeting Convened: 4:04 p.m.

Chairman Crescimbeni convened the meeting and asked Joe Whitaker to introduce the project and the incentive request. SunGard is a third-party information technology company with 80 local employees currently, requesting incentives to add another 170 full-time jobs.

The public comment period was opened and closed without comment.

The Council Auditor’s 2 recommended amendments on page 2 of the agenda were approved.

The bill was recommended for approval as amended by vote of 4-0.

The committee members welcomed SunGard executive Malcom Jack to Northeast Florida from England and wished him and his company well.
