the close of the agenda, Council Member Lori Boyer reported that at one of
the recent LUZ workshop meetings, the issue of JEA water lines was
raised. The PHS Committee had
previously briefly discussed the matter.
Ms. Boyer noted that the question had been raised as to whether JEA or
the City was responsible for extending water lines to areas where there were
no water lines. She suggested that it
was an issue that the Public Health and Safety Committee might consider
weighing. There
